PROCESSING TIME

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

- Orders placed before 2 PM EST: Ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST: Ship next business day
- Weekend orders: Ship Monday

We work quickly to get your device to you as fast as possible because we understand the importance of being prepared for emergencies.

PROCESSING EXCEPTIONS:

During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 48 hours. We'll notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

DELIVERY SPEED GUARANTEE:

Regardless of which USPS service is used, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days to most U.S. locations. We only use Ground Advantage when it delivers as fast as Priority Mail to your specific address.

You will always receive tracking information and 2-3 day delivery—no matter which USPS service ships your order.

All Guardian Anti-Choking Devices are shipped from our distribution facility in Stamford, Connecticut. This central U.S. location allows us to reach most of the country within 2-3 days.

ORDER TRACKING

TRACKING INFORMATION:

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

You'll receive two emails after placing your order:

ORDER CONFIRMATION (Immediate):

Sent immediately after you complete your purchase. This confirms:

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION (Within 24 hours):

Sent when your order ships. This includes:

- USPS tracking number

DELIVERY

DELIVERY PROCESS:

USPS will deliver your package to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery options depend on your location:

- Mailbox delivery (if package fits)
- Front door/porch delivery
- Delivery to building mail room (for apartments/condos)
- Hold at local post office (if you requested this)

SIGNATURE REQUIRED?

No signature is required for delivery. Your package will be left at your delivery address.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

PROVIDE ACCURATE ADDRESS:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout.

ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS:

- Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
- Use the correct ZIP code
- Provide a valid street address or P.O. Box
- Ensure the address is deliverable by USPS

CANNOT CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER SHIPPING:

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address:

- Contact us immediately at Guardianspromise@gmail.com if your order hasn't shipped yet
- Contact USPS directly if your order has already shipped (tracking number required)

WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED:

If you provided an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we'll contact you to:

- Confirm the correct shipping address
- Reship your order at no additional cost

SHIPPING ISSUES

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED:

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your package:

- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mail rooms, etc.)
- Check with your local post office
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes "Delivered" scans are premature)

If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, contact us at Guardianspromise@gmail.com. We'll work with USPS to locate your package or send a replacement.

DELAYED DELIVERY:

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

- Check USPS tracking for updates
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- Email us at Guardianspromise@gmail.com if the delay exceeds 7 days

We'll investigate with USPS and resolve the issue.

DAMAGED PACKAGE:

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
- Inspect The Guardian Anti-Choking Device for damage
- Contact us immediately at Guardianspromise@gmail.com
- Do not discard the packaging

We'll send a replacement device at no cost if the device is damaged.

LOST PACKAGES:

If USPS confirms your package is lost, we will:

- File a claim with USPS
- Send you a replacement device immediately
- Cover all costs associated with the lost package

You will not be charged for lost or stolen packages.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of your package, it will be returned to our facility. Once we receive the returned package:

- We'll inspect it to confirm it's unopened and unused
- Issue a full refund within 3-5 business days
- Email you confirmation of the refund

This is treated the same as a standard return under our 90-day money-back guarantee.

MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.

DELIVERY TIME:

Military addresses may take longer to receive deliveries:

- APO/FPO addresses: 7-21 business days
- DPO addresses: 7-21 business days

Delivery times vary based on military mail routing and destination.

TRACKING:

USPS tracking is available for military addresses, but updates may be less frequent than domestic deliveries.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes follows the same timeframe as standard residential addresses (2-3 business days).

ORDER MULTIPLE DEVICES

If you order multiple devices (2-pack or 4-pack), they ship together in one package. You will not receive separate shipments unless you place separate orders.
